Find us at port

Exit the cruise ship, walk toward the ground transportation sign near the Junkanoo Museum. Look for the Bowcar window. We'll shuttle you 2 blocks to our base.

Arrive 30 min early

Check in 30 minutes before your tour time. Sign your rental contract, get your helmet and safety briefing, and you're off!

Back before departure

All tours are 3 hours. Know your ship's departure time and we'll make sure you're back with plenty of time to spare.

Cruise passenger questions answered

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — book before your cruise. Our tour starts at 12pm and rentals run from 9am–11am. Slots fill up fast. Book online at bowcarbahamas.com or call 1-800-558-1364.

What if my ship is delayed or I miss the start time?

Call us immediately at 1-242-557-2223. We'll do our best to reschedule to the next available slot. Please note there are no refunds for lateness, so communication is key.

What are the age requirements for children?

For jeeps and buggies, children of any age are welcome as passengers. Children 5 and under must be in a car seat — we have them available for a $10 fee. For ATV tours and rentals, children must be at least 10 years old to ride as passengers. Drivers on all vehicles must be 25–69 years old with a valid driver's license.

Are gratuities and tips extra?

No! Gratuities are included in all tour and rental rates. Tour prices are $150 per person, fully inclusive of all fees and taxes — no surprises at checkout.

How long are the tours — will I make it back to my ship?

All guided tours are exactly 3 hours. Check your ship's departure time and allow an extra 30–45 minutes of buffer. We've been doing this since 2002 — your ship won't leave without you on our watch.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, a damage deposit is required at check-in. It can be left on a Mastercard or Visa (authorization only), or in cash. It's fully returned/voided when the vehicle comes back in good shape.
